The Nunewares vegetable spiralizer features a vertical design with 4 rotating interchangeable blades made from 420-grade Japanese stainless steel. Blade length: 4 inches, round blade shape. Dimensions are 5.8"L x 4.1"W x 6"H and weighs 1.5 pounds. Color: Green/White. Manual operation. Hand wash only.
The vertical structure allows gravity to assist during spiralizing without requiring sideways pressure. The oversized suction cup base secures the unit to the countertop during use. The 500ml container collects spiralized vegetables. Compatible vegetables and fruits include zucchini, carrots, apples, and other firm produce.
The body is made from food-grade BPA-free ABS material. A cleaning brush and recipe booklet are included.
