The Brieftons 10-blade vegetable spiralizer includes 10 interchangeable 420-grade Japanese stainless steel blades with a blade length of 7.5cm and rectangular blade shape. Available in 5-blade, 7-blade, and 10-blade configurations. Dimensions are 11.8"L x 8.3"W x 6"H and weighs 3.5 pounds. Color: White. Manual operation. Hand wash only.
The 10-blade configuration produces: angel hair, spaghetti, tagliatelle, linguine, pappardelle, ribbons, curly fries, fine ridged pasta, crinkle chips, and lasagne-width flat cuts. All blades are labeled for identification. Three blades store in a built-in compartment on the unit and the remaining seven store in the included blade caddy. Each blade clicks into a safety-locking rack. A platform slide stop provides finger protection.
The catch container collects spiralized vegetables during use and includes a keep-fresh lid for refrigerator storage. The oversized suction pad secures to granite, marble, tile, and laminate surfaces. A side handle assists with firm vegetables. The unit accommodates produce up to 10 inches long and 7 inches wide. BPA-free, food-safe ABS plastic body.
