The Fullstar XL vegetable chopper and mandoline slicer includes interchangeable stainless steel blades for dicing, slicing, grating, shredding, and julienning. Available in 6-in-1, 8-in-1, and 11-in-1 configurations. Available in Black/White and Black color options. Dimensions are 10"L x 4.5"W x 4"H and weighs 3.7 pounds. Blade length: 5 inches (V-shape).
Blades are made from 420J stainless steel and include a fine dicer, medium dicer, grater, coarse shredder, julienne blade, and slicer blade depending on the configuration selected. The 1.2L pull-out catch tray collects chopped food during use. The body is made from ABS plastic and is BPA-free. A finger guard and cleaning brush are included.
All components are dishwasher safe (top rack). Manual operation.
