The 5 interchangeable blades are made from 420-grade Japanese stainless steel with a V-shape blade design. Blade cuts include angel hair, spaghetti, fettuccine, curly fries, and ribbons. Each blade is labeled with its size and cut type. The body is made from BPA-free, food-grade reinforced ABS plastic with an oversized suction cup base for countertop stability.
The low-profile catch container collects spiralized vegetables during use and doubles as a storage container. A blade caddy and cleaning brush are included. The unit is compatible with the Mealthy mobile app, which includes video and written recipes.
